Cornwall Council's official dogs-on-beaches page names 'Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth' with a seasonal restriction of 15 May-30 September, 10am-6pm — the longer restriction applied to Blue Flag/Seaside Award beaches.

Family

Sheltered town beach with a cafe, toilets, play area and level promenade access — one of Falmouth's easiest family beaches.

Fishing

Falmouth Bay and nearby Pendennis/Swanpool marks have established fishing, but no adequate exact Gyllyngvase species and tactics source was found. Do not import those claims into this heavily used family beach.

Crabbing

rock pooling only — The south-end pools are officially promoted for finding shrimp, winkles and crabs, but this is not evidence for line crabbing.
