Fishing

Druridge Bay is an established clean-ground beach fishery. Flounder are the principal target, with turbot also regularly reported and occasional bass possible. Fresh mackerel strip has produced turbot, while worm or crab baits suit flounder and bass. Exact banks and gullies move after storms, so the beach should be inspected at low water before a night or flood-tide session.
