Fishing

Croyde is a mobile Atlantic surf fishery. Bass work first and second gutters after a blow as swell eases; small-eyed and spotted rays, dogfish and winter whiting use the outer sand. Rocky ends add pollack, wrasse and summer pelagics in settled conditions.
