Big surf beach, good rock pools at low tide, but strong currents and exposed swell mean closer supervision than sheltered coves.

Fishing

Constantine is an exposed surf-and-rock venue. Bass feed in coloured surf and gutters, especially on a flooding tide around dawn, dusk or after dark. Clean sand can produce turbot and small-eyed ray, while rocky ends hold wrasse, pollack and occasional conger. Summer garfish and mackerel are possible during settled clear spells.

Crabbing

rock pooling only — Rock pools are a recognised family feature, but exposed ledges and surf make generic line-crabbing promotion inappropriate.
